These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Gelosa mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using Gelosa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Gelosa is a sleep-focused wellness experience that may include:
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use Gelosa. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.
You may access the Service through the App’s login flow. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. You agree to provide accurate information and not to impersonate others.
You may log out or delete your account in Settings. Account deletion removes local business data stored by the App and signs you out. Some records required for legal, security, or purchase accounting may be retained as permitted by law.
You retain rights to content you create, but you grant Gelosa a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service on your device and related systems.
You agree not to post, generate, or otherwise share content that:
We may remove content, limit features, block users, or terminate access for violations. Tools such as report and block are provided to help keep the community safer; they do not guarantee moderation of all content.
AI Sleep Story features create bedtime narratives (and optional cover images) from theme and narrator choices you submit. Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other content. You are responsible for how you use generated stories.
Do not use AI features to create unlawful, infringing, or abusive content. Generated stories are provided for personal relaxation within Gelosa; they are not medical advice, therapy, or a substitute for professional care.
AI generation consumes Dream Tokens. Generation may fail due to network, model availability, or policy filters; Tokens are deducted only after a successful response as configured in the App.

As configured in the App: AI Sleep Story costs 30 Tokens per successful generation; Add Binaural Beats costs 2 Tokens. New users receive 60 Tokens once.
Gelosa is a wellness and relaxation aid, not a medical device or clinical sleep service. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or sleep disorder. If you have a medical condition or sleep concern, consult a qualified professional.
The Gelosa name, logos, UI, bundled soundscapes/stories, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Except for your own user content, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Service without permission.
The Service may rely on third parties such as Apple and hosting used for AI generation. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. External links (including Privacy Policy and Support pages) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party websites.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Gelosa, you also acknowledge that Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your expectations.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GELOSA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR TOKENS IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
You agree to defend and indemnify Gelosa from claims arising out of your content, your generation requests, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the operator of Gelosa is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country provide otherwise.
